The building, designed for 30 tourist apartments, adapts to the irregular shape of the lot, forming a semi-triangular central common area framed by the structure. The ground floor includes a lobby, shared service areas, a bar, swimming pool, apartments, and parking. The building’s layout allows for a variety of housing configurations ranging from 51 m² to 90 m².
