The house is located in the Tierra del Sol Aruba residential area, on lot 26.

The structure is elevated one meter above street level, giving it the appearance of being set on a pedestal. At the entrance, the living room features a one-and-a-half–height ceiling with glass walls facing the street and garden, leading through different floor levels as you move through the space. Following this area is the double-height dining room, a guest bedroom, and the staircase to the upper-level bedrooms, which overlooks the pool set in the central garden space.
