The house is located in the Tierra del Sol Aruba residential area, on lot 41.

It is designed on a single level. The private area includes three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a small office, and a guest bathroom. The social area, consisting of the kitchen, living room, and dining room, forms a large open space that connects to the outdoors through an uncovered central patio, linking the interior with the pool and garden.

The front of the house has few openings, only those necessary for light and ventilation, while the inner side opens up both visually and spatially.
The master bedroom connects directly to the pool when all its sliding doors are opened.
